Serving more families by better prioritising our people
Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney strives to provide an environment where our families, staff, volunteers, and supporters feel welcomed, safe, and valued.
Australia is a vibrant and diverse nation in terms of culture, religion, gender, and sexuality. We want our people and programs to reflect this diversity.
We are active and dedicated in our commitment to Reconciliation, having fulfilled the deliverables of our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan in 2022. Strengthening our commitment, our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan was launched in October 2025, guiding us towards a stronger understanding of the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples using our programs and services and how we can contribute to reconciliation through the work we do.
We strongly believe that recognising and embracing diversity in the workplace helps everyone feel valued for their uniqueness.
Our range of People & Culture policies and initiatives is centred around Work/Life Balance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Psychological Safety and Wellbeing.
We welcome enquiries about our current employment opportunities or interest in volunteering.
