Crocheted octopus plush toys are some of the most well-loved items in our Hospitality Carts, and for a good reason: they bring immense comfort to premmie babies, who clutch the tiny tentacles instead of cold and scary hospital tubes.

Bernice Luxford, sister of RMHC GWS Hospitality Carts Program Coordinator Mez Nessi, has lovingly crafted over 700 of these since October 2024.
