Our highest priority is ensuring the safety of our families, staff, and volunteers.

As a visitor to Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney Westmead, agreeing to these responsibilities below will help us ensure we take all necessary steps to protect you, our people, and charity. You will need to:

  • Comply with all Chapter directives to ensure your safety and the safety of others who stay at our House.
  • If you have an infectious illness or disease (such as COVID-19, Influenza, RSV, gastroenteritis, norovirus, whopping cough, measles, chicken pox, meningitis, hepatitis, mumps, tuberculosis, impetigo, scabies), please DO NOT attend the House.
  • If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms such as headache, fever, dry cough, sore throat, body ache, loss of taste, or shortness of breath, please DO NOT attend the House.
  • Sign in to our visitor management system.
  • Follow directives of staff and House volunteers.
